99 Tech Oy provides tools to discover public tenders, draft tender responses, and maintain a company knowledge base. Specific features are described on this site and in your order form, if any.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any suspected misuse.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
• No reverse engineering or circumvention of access controls.
• No use that interferes with the integrity or security of the service.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant 99 Tech Oy a limited licence to host and process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

Fees

Fees, if any, are described in your order form. Taxes are added where applicable. Late payments may result in suspension.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service drafts answers but does not submit on your behalf — you remain responsible for the final content of every bid.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, 99 Tech Oy's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved in the Helsinki District Court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
